I spent years in client care and loyalty roles at major utility and telecom providers in Western Canada. I was on the other end of the phone when business owners called frustrated about their bills — and I saw exactly where those disputes succeeded and where they stalled. Combined with having won these battles on my own accounts, I know how vendors think, how escalations actually work, and where to apply pressure.

What do I need to upload?

Your three most recent statements per account (PDFs or clear photos both work), and your service agreement if you have it. Don't worry if you can't find the agreement — we can often obtain it from the vendor directly.

How do your fees work?

The assessment is free, full stop. If we find recoverable money, we present the findings with a flat project fee or retainer scaled to the documented savings — so the ROI is clear before you commit a dollar. If we find nothing, you owe nothing and we tell you your accounts are clean.

What happens to my documents?

They're encrypted in transit and at rest, never sold, and never shared with your vendors or marketers. If you don't proceed after the assessment, they're permanently deleted.

Will my vendors know I'm auditing them?

Not until and unless you engage us to act — and when we do engage a vendor, it's professional, data-driven, and designed to preserve the working relationship while correcting the billing.
